    I love Panera! Although, my recent experience I had at this specific location is frustrating me. I went with my boyfriends cousin and my daughter, it's the first time I had been to this one actually. So we ordered our food and found a seat. I went up to check on the food and it was half way ready, what looked to be my sandwich was done so I grabbed it. I got a south west flat bread sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup. I saw the soup and assumed it was mine, I laid it on the table and went back to get my fiends, she got BBQ chicken with an apple, I noticed there was a south west on the plate instead of BBQ, so I hesitated and figured it might not of been mine, there was a guy staring at me and asked me "what's the issue" I said "I don't think that's mine" he asked me what my number was, told him and he said "we don't put things up there for the heck of it, it's yours" I said "oh I didn't think it was because the side was wrong" he said "a side is a side just take it" I was immediately taken back and gave him the dirtiest look. I walked back to my table and saw a girl I had met a couple years ago, I remember her telling me she was a manager at Panera in PF, so I flagged her down (she didn't remember me) I told her what happened and she had the most sarcastic attitude with me and told me she was standing right there and didn't remember him saying anything like that to me. . . So she walks back and "takes care of it" comes back to me with more sarcasm and asked me if there was anything else I'd like to complain about. Total bitch. Normally I don't complain, and this is why. I get treated like crap. I will NOT be returning to this location.

    I'm practically a daily customer @ Panera near my office in SF and this was nothing like it. I ask for extra chicken on my salad and pay the extra charge and end up with NO chicken. Don't know how my order wasn't processed correctly by whomever was preparing, but clearly their mentality was exact opposite of what I wanted. Ask for extra and get none.

    My company, Kaine Homes, just used Panera to cater an event we hosted at our offices for local Realtors and couldn't haven't been more pleased. When I called to place the order the staff was extremely helpful and gave an accurate picture of how much food would be needed for your group without trying to get me to purchase extra food. They were friendly, answered all of my questions and were reasonably priced. The food was packaged beautifully and presented well plus they had it packed so one person could carry everything when picking up the food. They went above and beyond and we couldn't have been happier. If you are in need of catering in the near future make sure you check out Panera.

    Panera's pick two is a decent choice. Soup, salad or one of their "Cafe" sandwiches. It's filling, it's quick and it's tasty. I had the Greek salad (maybe too much dressing but they remembered my 'no olives' request) and the Sierra Turkey sandwich. My order was correct, as opposed to other reviewers. Wifi works well but you're cut off after a half hour.

    The manager who was preparing the food was top notch. He was quick and efficient. He was actually one of the guys who said your order number with some character. Panera is pretty consistent with food. No matter which store, it always tastes the same.

    I've been coming here for years and I've never had anything to complain about. Slow service, order mistakes, etc can happen anywhere so it's never been a bother, and I've hardly noticed anything. But when I went today, my boyfriend's sandwich was made with burnt bread. From personal experience working at a bagel shop, we threw away the burnt bagels and made a new batch. It was disappointing to see the lack of care they had. Plus, it was for tomato basil bread and the crust is the best part (I think everyone can attest). It was so burnt he pulled the crust off. Super disappointed, but I will probably come back because Panera is one of my favorite places. Hoping it doesn't happen again.

    This Panera has gone DOWNHILL since the lady Manager without teeth has been there. I just went there for lunch today & she was screaming at one of her employees, like usual, because he couldn't remember when he came in that morning. She is never happy, is always huffing & puffing, and has no business being a manager. She was throwing food on the counter & didn't acknowledge any of her customers. Very disappointed....I want Chris back!!

    When Panera stopped serving the steak and bleu cheese salad, I blacklisted them because that was my favorite meal there and the only real reason I ever went there. But the just re-instated the salad back on the menu, so I decided to lift the blacklist status and give it another try. To no surprise, it was great. The place was clean, friendly and welcoming. The Salad itself was still awesome. I asked fir the baguette to go with it instead of a roll, and was happy to receive it. It looks like my favorite place is back in the rotation!!!!

    The best, the coolest, the friendliest place in town. I LOVE their iced tea so in between Real Estate Appointments in Southern Maryland, it's my home away from home.They hoist a tea glass for me when they see me coming. They have a great customer relations thing going. They make me feel special and welcome. The food is tasty and they even warm up a fresh loaf of bread on request. It's a regular stop for this Realtor on the run!

    Slow service, orders filled incorrectly, many items out of stock at peak times, bathrooms appear to be uncleaned. Condition of restaurant has vastly declined with new management. I used to be a regular now it's just a disappointment.
